Our company was founded on April 21, 2008 for the purpose of designing, planning and developing commercial centers with high-infill growth potential throughout the United States. Our EB5 Regional Center was approved by the government on September 30th, 2008. Since then, our projects have grown tenfold and is now one of the largest regional center in the state of California.

Environment awareness is a major part of our project developments.
